The dining experience at FarmBar is unlike the experience at most restaurants. We hope you’ll entrust us to take you on a culinary adventure across the agricultural cuisine of Oklahoma. Questions or concerns? We’re here to help. Feel free to get in touch with us here.

  • We use Tock for our reservation system and utilize credit card holds for our multi-course tasting menu or 5-course prix fixe menu experience. We want to create an intimate environment for our guests. Credit card holds for the tasting menus give us greater assurance of who is coming in and to give guests an all-encompassing experience at the best price possible.

A $25/person late cancellation or no show fee is applied to reservations canceled with less than 24-hours notice.

Reservations for the pop-up menu and a la carte menu do not require credit card holds and can be canceled at anytime, though we do appreciate those who cancel as early as possible to allow others the opportunity to reserve the seats.

If you need to cancel, please email us and let us know.

  • While we do offer an a la carte menu from which guests select the items they want (Wed and Thu nights only), the heart of our dining experience is the multi-course (usually 10 courses) tasting menu and our 5-course prix fixe menu. These fixed menus take you on a culinary adventure on which you will be served whatever the chefs design for the menu for the evening.

Some courses will be a few bites; others will be more substantial, ensuring that you will leave satisfied.

Accommodations can be made for most food allergies and sensitivities. We provide pescatarian, vegetarian and vegan tasting menus (and options on our a la carte menu), and can accommodate gluten-free (except for anyone requesting the vegan option), nut-free, dairy-free and other dietary restrictions with at least 24-hours’ notice.

Cost for the multi-course tasting menu (offered only on Fri/Sat night) is $115 per person.

Cost for the 5-course prix fixe menu (offered Wed through Sat nights) is $65 per person.

We provide, as an optional add-on to be ordered at dinner, carefully selected wine pairings and non-alcoholic beverage pairings that include kombuchas, shrubs, juices, and handmade sodas. Wine and beer by the glass or bottle are also available, as well as a limited cocktail menu. Your server will be happy to help you select drink options that pair well with the menu, whether you select pairings or not.

Since we use seasonal, local ingredients, the nightly tasting menus and a la carte menu will change regularly, ensuring that each time you visit FarmBar, you will be treated to a unique, creative dining experience. Significant changes in the tasting menu happen every two to three weeks. More subtle changes may happen more often.

  • Woven into 400 beautiful acres on the Oakley family farm, Living Kitchen Farm & Dairy raises and produces organic heirloom vegetables, along with a few pet goats and chickens.

Our agricultural cuisine of Oklahoma is created to showcase the natural flavor and beauty of the local ingredients and FarmBar provides our Tulsa guests with multi-course tasting menus using ingredients from our farm and other local farms in the area.

FAQs

Why do you require a credit card hold for some reservations?

At FarmBar, we want to create an intimate environment for our guests. Tasting menus require a great deal of advanced preparation. Late cancellations and no shows result in waste and lost business for us, so we require a credit card hold to help offset the loss and to encourage guests to avoid late cancellations and no shows.

Can I transfer my reservation?

You may transfer your reservation to another guest using the Manage Reservation button on your reservation confirmation email.

Do you provide wine service?

We offer carefully selected wine pairings for our multi-course tasting menu, wine recommendations for each course of the 5-course prix fixe menu, and a carefully curated list of wines by the glass and bottle. We also offer non-alcoholic beverage pairings which will include juices, kombhuchas, shrubs and handmade sodas that pair well with the evenings courses. All pairings, as well as wine or beer by the glass or bottle, are selected and paid for on the night of the dinner.

How does FarmBar handle gratuity?

We add a 20% gratuity to parties of 6 or more people.

What is a tasting menu?

Tasting menus are multi-course dinners that include a variety of courses from snacks, bread, soups, salads, entrees and desserts. The menu for each evening is preset and cannot be changed, except for providing accommodations for dietary restrictions. The multi-course menu changes regularly and features courses created with seasonal, local ingredients.

Can I reschedule my reservation for a different night?

If you need to reschedule your reservation, please email us at farmbartulsa@gmail.com and let us know.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?

When selecting your dinner options for the night, you will have a choice between traditional (includes meat and dairy), pescatarian (includes fish, dairy and eggs), vegetarian (includes dairy and eggs), and vegan (100% plant-based). We make additional accommodations for food allergies and sensitivities with at least 24-hours’ notice. Please note that for those selecting the vegan menu option, we cannot provide gluten-free or nut-free accommodations, due to the limited ingredients for creating a vegan tasting menu.
